created Who Got Next Inc. out of a deep belief in the power of sports to change lives. Growing up in Brooklyn, basketball was more than just a game for her — it was a source of community, opportunity, and growth.

As a student-athlete at Baruch College, Francess experienced both the triumphs of championships and accolades, and the challenges of balancing academics, athletics, and life beyond the court. Those lessons shaped her resilience, her leadership, and her understanding of the support every student-athlete needs to succeed.

After college, Francess built a career at Kith, where she helped launch the Kinnect Foundation, further fueling her passion for community impact. Still, she recognized a gap: student-athletes often lacked resources and networks to thrive beyond sports. That realization inspired her to start Who Got Next Inc.

Through this work, Francess is committed to creating a space where current and former student-athletes can connect, grow, and prepare for what comes next — on and off the court.
